The DISC Model – Understanding Communication Styles
Each of us communicates differently. The DISC model identifies 4 main styles and teaches how to communicate effectively with each one.

What Does the Workshop Include?
An intensive 4-hour workshop with the management team, including practical exercises and action agreements.
DISC Questionnaires
Each participant completes a personal questionnaire before the workshop and receives a detailed report on their communication style.
Profile Presentations
Each team member presents their profile and shares what works for them and what doesn't.
Interpersonal Communication Practice
Practical exercises for adapting communication style to each team member.
Define "Above the Line" and "Below the Line"
Agreement on acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in the team – our rules of engagement.
Choose a Project Name
