TABX ISRAEL · THE FACILITATOR NETWORK

Become a TAB Facilitator — the second career of a senior executive

Build an independent practice with recurring revenue, a global brand behind you, and a methodology that has worked for 35 years — instead of starting from zero as yet another freelance consultant.

  • Monthly recurring revenue · not one-off projects
  • Clients who stay — TAB network average retention above 5 years
  • You sell your time once — and get paid for it every month

You’re at a crossroads. You know it.

You’ve managed. Built. Sold. Made an exit. Or you’re in the final years of a senior role, and you already know what’s waiting at the end of it.

The only question left: what do you do with 25 years of experience that nobody ever taught you how to sell.

The default path: hang out your shingle as an independent consultant. Chase projects. Discover you’ve become an employee again — only without a salary and without a team. Two years in, you’re back to selling hours.

This isn’t an ability problem. It’s a business model problem.

TABX is the model.

What you’re actually building

TABX is the Israeli operation of The Alternative Board — the world’s largest network of advisory boards for business owners. Operating since 1990, in more than 25 countries, with over 340 offices. In Israel — since 2018, led by NIRMAKO.

As a TABX facilitator you run your own independent practice, providing:

Product What it is Payment model
TAB Board A group of 8–12 business owners meeting monthly Monthly membership fees
1:1 Coaching A monthly one-hour session with each member Included / monthly add-on
STRATPRO Strategic planning for management teams Organizational project
HI-MAP Developing the next generation of managers Multi-month program
BLUEPRINT Strategic management platform Annual license
VALUE BUILDER Raising company value and exit readiness Process + assessment

You’re not selling “coaching.” You’re selling a management operating system — with tools, metrics, and a methodology already proven on tens of thousands of business owners.

10 reasons senior executives choose the facilitator track

1

Recurring revenue, not projects

Board members pay monthly membership fees. Year two, year three, year five. You build a revenue base that doesn’t reset in January.

2

Retention above 5 years

That’s the TAB network average. The average consultant replaces clients every 6–9 months.

3

Multiple revenue streams per client

A board member becomes a STRATPRO client. Then HI-MAP for their management team. Then VALUE BUILDER on the way to an exit. One relationship — four products.

4

A methodology that exists, not one you invent

Board processes, assessment tools, meeting structure, measurement tools — all documented and proven. You implement, you don’t develop.

5

A brand that opens doors

“I’m a business consultant” versus “I facilitate TAB advisory boards — a network across 25 countries.” The sales conversation starts from a different place.

6

Meaningful work with your peers

Business owners. CEOs. People making real decisions. No seminars, no motivational lectures.

7

Control over your calendar and your clients

You choose the members who join your board. You decide how many boards you run. A full practice is built around 2–4 monthly meetings.

8

No employees, no overhead

A home office. Meetings in a hall or on Zoom. No payroll, no inventory, no operational layer.

9

A marketing and sales infrastructure — not just a certificate

Landing pages, campaigns, roundtable events, a CRM system, and an AI infrastructure (JAWS) that generates leads and prepares meetings. You get a recruitment system, not a pat on the back.

10

A transferable asset

Your practice is a business with value — not a client book that disappears the day you stop.

Industries where the methodology has operated

For the facilitator: your member’s result is your growth engine. A member who grows — stays, upgrades, and refers.

Who this is for

A good fit if:

  • You’ve actually managed — CEO, VP, founder, owner
  • You can read a P&L, spot a bottleneck, and ask the uncomfortable question
  • You enjoy other people’s success more than the stage
  • You’re willing to sell — not just facilitate
  • You can financially sustain 9–12 months of building until a full board

Not a fit if:

  • You’re looking for a job, not a business
  • You want leads handed to you, not to generate them
  • You won’t work within a structured methodology
  • You expect income in month one

The sharp diagnosis: A true TABX facilitator does two things — closes deals and facilitates the room. Master only one, and you’ll never build a full practice. That’s the single gap between a facilitator who reaches 12 members and one stuck at 4.

Money

Time

3–4 working days a week during the build phase. A mature practice runs on 2–3 days.

Patience

Nine months to a first full board. Expect less — and you won’t get there.

For comparison — in the TAB franchise model in the US and Canada, the total investment ranges from $77,000 to $95,000. The Israeli model differs in structure and scope.

“I discovered how much fulfillment there is in being part of someone else’s success. In the corporate world, success was personal and fleeting. Accompanying a client for years all the way to a successful exit — that’s something else entirely.”

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a consulting or coaching background?
No. The background that matters is real management — CEO, owner, VP. The facilitation methodology you’ll learn with us. Business experience can’t be taught.
How long until income?
First revenue arrives with the first member — usually months 3–5. Stable income with a board of 8+ members, typically months 9–15.
How many boards does a facilitator run?
A mature facilitator runs 2–3 boards in parallel, plus organizational clients for STRATPRO and HI-MAP.
Is there territorial exclusivity?
Yes. Territory is defined in the agreement — geographic or sectoral.
Can I keep my current job in parallel?
During the build phase — yes, and most facilitators start that way. In a mature practice it becomes the main occupation.
Who recruits the members?
You. With infrastructure, scripts, campaigns, events, and support — but you. A facilitator who doesn’t sell doesn’t build a practice.
What happens if I don’t succeed?
Defined stopping points are written into the agreement. We have no interest in a facilitator who never reaches a full board — that’s our failure as much as yours.

The next call is a discovery call. Not a pitch.

30 minutes. I’ll ask you three questions, and you can ask me as many as you like. At the end of the call you’ll know whether this is for you — or not.
