Acceptance of Terms
Dear visitor, thank you for your interest in this site's content. Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully. Continued reading/browsing of the site constitutes consent to and understanding of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accessing the site, you confirm — without any condition or reservation — that the terms below are binding upon you as if you had signed your consent in person. If you do not accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you must cease accessing the site.
The terms are sometimes drafted in masculine form for convenience only, but they apply to and bind all visitors regardless of gender.
Changes to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
The site owners/operators reserve the right to modify and update the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time. You are aware that there is no obligation to provide individual notice; updated terms will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the site following publication shall be deemed renewed consent to any change.
Use of the Site and Liability
Use of this site is at your sole responsibility. Despite efforts to present high-quality and accurate content, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. Content on the site is presented generally and may not be suitable for every person or purpose. Accordingly, you — and those on your behalf — shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against content authors, site owners, content presenters, or anyone on their behalf, concerning the site's features and the content presented therein, their capabilities, limitations, suitability to your expectations, completeness, correctness, legality, or accuracy.
It is clarified that there is no commitment that the site will be free of defects, errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that it will be immune to unauthorized access. We are not responsible for the infringement of third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the site, its operators, or any other party involved in its creation/production/provision be liable for any damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — including damages arising from loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, and/or damages arising from inability to use the site. Liability also does not apply to files available for download, which are not warranted to be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code. All services/information are provided "AS-IS", subject to law.
Privacy Policy and Information Security
We respect the privacy of site visitors. During use of the site, information may be collected regarding browsing habits, pages visited, services/products purchased, offers/services/advertisements and topics of interest, registration for special services, and payment methods used.
You are not obligated to provide information or browse the site; however, some services may not be available without providing information. Databases are managed in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and rights of inspection/correction/deletion under applicable law.
Since use of the site is conducted in an online environment, absolute immunity against unauthorized intrusion and/or disclosure of information cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, you shall have no claim/demand/cause of action against the site in this regard for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by disclosure of information against our will.
Third-Party Plugins and Data Transfer
The site uses plugins from external providers (for example: "Shlach Messer", analytics tools, automation, and forms). Therefore, visitor data (such as contact details, browsing events, preferences) may be transferred to third parties for service operation purposes, subject to law and the privacy policies of those providers. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those providers on their official websites.
Cookies
For site operation — including user identification, proper functioning, personalization, information security, and statistical analysis — cookies are used (small text files saved in the browser). Cookies can be blocked via browser settings; some services may not function without them.
Mailing and Distribution Lists
Submitting contact details constitutes consent to be included in the site's database and to receive updates/marketing content through various channels (including third-party mailing systems such as "Shlach Messer"), subject to law. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting customer service.
Payment Methods and Credit Cards
Credit card details will be used for payment only and are not stored in the company's systems.

Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Nature of the AI Service
The website includes an AI-powered chat ("the Service") that provides immediate, general, and preliminary responses to visitor questions. The information provided by the Service is general in nature, based on a Large Language Model (LLM), and may contain inaccuracies. The information does not constitute business, legal, accounting, financial, or medical advice, and does not replace a personal consulting session. The decision whether and how to rely on this information is the visitor's sole responsibility.
Storage of Conversation Content — Automatic Anonymization
AI conversation content is stored for the purposes of service improvement, analysis of question patterns, and understanding client needs. Prior to storage in the database, the system performs automatic anonymization of conversation data. Accordingly, conversation content is stored without personally identifiable information and without private or sensitive information as defined under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and its regulations — including the automatic removal of:
- First and last names
- Phone numbers (all formats)
- Email addresses
- National identification numbers
- Monetary amounts
- Identifiable company names
- URLs and web addresses
Notwithstanding the above, visitors are requested not to voluntarily enter private, sensitive, or confidential information during interactions with the Service.
Contact Details Submitted via Form (Lead)
A visitor who chooses to submit contact details via the website's contact form — their details (name, phone, email, etc.) are stored solely for the purpose of contacting them back, and for that purpose alone, subject to law. The details will not be used for any purpose other than making contact, unless separate explicit consent has been provided (for example, opt-in to a mailing list).
Full Separation Between AI Conversation and Lead Details
There is no connection, attachment, or linkage between AI conversation content and the lead details submitted via the form. The two data pools are managed separately within the system, and it is not possible to retrieve a visitor's AI conversation content based on their lead details, or vice versa. The technical and logical separation between the two pools is part of the Service's Privacy by Design principle.
Transferring Preliminary Information Before a Consulting Session
A visitor who wishes to provide additional, specific, or sensitive information before a consulting session is asked not to enter such information into the AI chat, but rather to do so via the dedicated "Notes" field in the contact form. Information entered in the Notes field:
- Will be stored in the leads database only
- Will be read solely by the site owner / professional, for the purpose of preparing the consulting session
- Will not be entered into or transferred to the AI system
- Will not be used for model training or automated analysis
Visitor Rights
Pursuant to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, visitors are entitled to inspect information stored about them, and to request its correction or deletion. For inquiries on this matter: mako@nirmako.com.
Changes to the AI Service
The site owners reserve the right to modify, expand, reduce, or discontinue the AI Service at any time, without prior notice. The data storage rules described above will be updated accordingly and will take effect upon publication on this page.
